Dillon began his early career by securing a competitive Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship with Boohoo Group PLC. Over several years, he balanced rigorous university coursework with learning frontline management skills across one of the UK’s most dynamic commercial retail operations.
Following his apprenticeship, Dillon founded Office Mango Group, helping organisations simplify their workflows, streamline messy data processes, and automate day-to-day operations. He also serves as a trustee for Next Generation Hub, supporting young people.
Through Dillon Docs, Dillon brings transparency, warmth, and real-world clarity to both young people deciding their post-16 steps and employers seeking to build sustainable talent pipelines.
