Dillon began his early career by securing a competitive Level 6 Digital Degree Apprenticeship with Boohoo Group PLC. He balanced university coursework with managing people, systems and automation across one of the UK’s fastest-moving online retail environments.
Following his apprenticeship, Dillon took the leap into enterprise, founding Office Mango Group to help businesses modernise their operations and streamline everyday workflows. He also serves as a trustee for Next Generation Hub, supporting young people.
As a speaker, Dillon communicates with empathy, warmth, and complete transparency. Having sat in school assemblies not that long ago, he speaks to secondary and sixth-form students as a relatable peer who understands their anxieties about examinations, career decisions, and the future.
