Dillon began his early career by securing a competitive Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship with Boohoo Group PLC. Over several years, he balanced university coursework with learning frontline management skills across one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-paced retail operations.
Following his apprenticeship, Dillon founded Office Mango Group, helping organisations simplify their workflows, streamline messy data processes, and automate day-to-day operations. He also serves as a trustee for Next Generation Hub, supporting young people.
Through Dillon Docs, Dillon brings transparency, warmth, and real-world clarity to both young people deciding their post-16 steps and employers seeking to build sustainable talent pipelines.
